Dear Neighbors,

I am Robert , owner of Unit A-202 at Deer Ridge.

Since purchasing my unit at Deer Ridge, I have been increasingly aggravated by the actions of the current Board and their refusal to divulge operational information and financial data that ALL owners should have a right to see.  As a consequence, I have developed this web site dedicated to all Deer Ridge owners that detail many of the concerns that I, and several other owners, have about the secret dealings and decision-making process of the current Board.

Many of the pages that are on the left column are old business but I continue to keep them posted here for historical review...at least until the proposed motions are passed so things improve at Deer Ridge and our property values can rise to real market values reflective in the rest of the Gatlinburg area.

Hopefully, together, we can make a difference and improve the operation, rental profits and property values of all of our homes at Deer Ridge.
