RML Sale - Backup Data

Backup Data On The Sale of RML

As a member of the RML Committee, I've received a lot of information.  Much of it, I had to fight and claw to get from Joe as he did all he could to block access to pertinent information that was required by the Committee AND that should be available to ALL owners at Deer Ridge! 

I am STILL waiting for Joe to provide a LOT more information that we should all have.  So far, he continues to stonewall us owners. Amazingly, it appears the Board doesn't care that Joe is intentionally interfering with due process and the goals that are beneficial to all owners...beneficial to everyone except Joe.

As a consequence, I have taken a lot of time to scan in many of the documents I have been able to receive and convert them to Acrobat files so that ALL owners can finally see them.  Just click on any or all of the following to see and save the documents to your own computer.

Hopefully, all owners will take the time to review and understand this information AND take the time to make it clear to Joe that, as the hired help, HE does not get to control, for his own self-serving reasons, the information that ALL owners have a right to receive.
